Let me introduce myself…
¡Hola! I'm Stefy Garcia, founder of The Wonder Flow. My passion lies in crafting and facilitating unique experiences that blend ancient practices and energy healing with modern rituals.
As a Reiki Master, Breathwork and Meditation Teacher, Certified Facilitator of Symbolic Ceremonies and Rituals, Akashic Records Practitioner, and Creative Entrepreneur, I've guided hundreds of healing and transformative sessions. These have taken place both in-person and online, in English and Spanish, across the U.S. and Mexico, for individuals and groups alike.
My clients come from diverse backgrounds. Through my unique, holistic approach, I help them overcome inner blocks, navigate challenging times with grace, and celebrate life's milestones and rites of passage.
When not immersed in my creative and entrepreneurial pursuits, I find genuine joy in embracing a slow, mindful lifestyle. I savor everyday rituals, indulge in long baths, snuggle with my dog and husband while engrossed in captivating films or TV series, and handcraft my own clean candles.
